Dr. Tonya Robertson is a nationally recognized expert in employee onboarding, instructional design, and workforce strategy with over 15 years of experience supporting hospitals, federal agencies, small businesses, and mission-driven organizations.

With a background spanning HRIS implementation, Epic EHR support, workforce development, and strategic onboarding, Dr. Robertson has led initiatives that reduce employee turnover, accelerate time-to-productivity, and ensure alignment between people, processes, and systems.
